Academic background to Francois Brought up in France with a French father and a British mother, François completed his French Baccalaureate in 1983 in Bordeaux, France. François then continued his Higher Education in the U.K, obtaining a B.A (Hons) in Modern Chinese Studies at Leeds University in 1987, a PGCE in Secondary School Modern Language Teaching in 1989 (University of Sheffield) and a M.A in Linguistics in 1990 (University of Leeds).

He is bilingual English/French and also speaks Mandarin Chinese and German.

François today

François is an International Linguist, Teacher and Therapist. He has taught secondary school children Modern Languages for 18 years.  François has a great passion for people and communication. His deeply caring nature and interest in personal development and the healing arts has led François to conduct an extensive investigation on success coaching and current therapeutic tools to help people release their inner tensions, anxieties and traumas. Following an intense period of study and training, which included deep examination of his own psyche, the study of the principles of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), practice of self hypnosis and use of subliminal sound technology, François gained a diploma in Pure Hypnoanalysis™ and Hypnotherapy, which he believes is a remarkable tool for release and healing, whether for children or adults. François is a member of the International Association of Pure Hypnoanalysts and a member of the NHS directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners.

François’ other interests:

François greatly enjoys reading philosophy, inspirational life stories and research on psychotherapy. He also enjoys Quantum Physics, brain research, logic puzzles, playing the piano, travelling, cycling and meditation techniques. François is a supporter of Fair Trade and Organic products. When he was younger, François enjoyed keeping bees and making his own honey and he hopes one day to enjoy this hobby once more.
